Zara comes from a 20-year background in Financial Services where she has operated and led in global commercial roles as well as specialised in Strategic Talent, Diversity & Inclusion, and Organisational Effectiveness. She has since coached and consulted across both the public and private sectors, supporting organisations in developing more inclusive and equitable cultures through discovery, strategy, education, and coaching. Her areas of expertise include Inclusive Leadership, Inclusive Cultures, Change Agility, Performance Enablement, Mentoring, Sponsorship, Mental Health & Wellbeing and neurodiversity.
