Approach

Veronica helps coachees to find meaning, connections and patterns in the way they work and interact with others. This eventually creates a shift and enables them to move forward in new ways. Her warm style provides a safe space for reflection and action-planning.

She brings insights from her doctoral research on self-criticism and impostor syndrome to support clients in re-gaining personal authority and reconnecting with their inner resources. Veronica works together with coachees to dissolve the barrier beliefs that are getting in the way of them thriving, encouraging them to achieving a balanced state between career/life fulfilment and high performance.

She believes deeply that everyone has potential capabilities that can be released by challenging old assumptions and having a positive intent.

Background

Veronica is an organisational psychologist who began her career as a clinical psychologist in Argentina, where she was born and raised. Her coaching career started at the London Business School working with EMBAs and MBAs in London and Dubai for more than a decade. She has worked for KPMG in leadership development, coaching Partners and Directors and maternity and paternity leavers/returners. Previously, Veronica worked in the Human Capital team at Deloitte, and was a global talent manager for Burberry.

Her passion for psychology led Veronica to study a doctorate, researching the impact of self-criticism on leaders’ career progression, which she finds is often a common theme in her clients. Additionally, she is fluent in English, and Spanish is her native language.
