Stephenie Girard is an ICF certified Executive Coach (PCC level) and group facilitator who primarily works with women. She believes coaching is a change process that mobilises strengths and realises potential. Her mission is to help people find more meaning in what they do and achieve their goals while striving for sustainable results. Her clients thrive in innovative, fast-paced, and results-oriented cultures.

Currently, Stephenie is the Chief Innovation Officer at a global professional services firm and runs a private coaching practice with senior leaders from diverse industries. She is a Founding Guide for Chief, a network for executive women, and coaches 1:1 and facilitates small cohorts. At Ellevest, she coached global private wealth clients and collaborated with CEO Sallie Krawcheck on career strategies. Stephenie has also worked with Thrive Global and Harvard Business School, serving as a coach and facilitator.

Stephenie was a coach and group facilitator for Parentaly, helping companies improve the parental leave experience for employees through career coaching, manager training, and toolkits.

Background

From 2014 to 2017, Stephenie managed Research & Education at the Institute of Coaching, an affiliate of Harvard Medical School, where she built a global research community. She advised Harvard Law School’s Executive Education Programmes, helping to establish their Leadership in Law Firms programme and develop their executive education strategy.

Stephenie is a mother of two teenage sons and splits her time between Boston, NYC, and France, her husband’s native home.
