Stephen has a detailed knowledge of the banking and private equity sectors. He has also been a champion of diversity and inclusion throughout his career and was the board sponsor for the women’s network in one of his former firms. He is dedicated and committed to his clients and passionate about supporting them to grow in their roles. Stephen was a CEO and Partner in the professional services sector for over 20 years. His leadership experience included successfully leading teams through the 2008 financial crisis and, more recently, the global pandemic. With a collaborative approach to leadership and team performance, he established and grew an international banking and finance practice and led the development of long term institutional client relationships. He also provided clear strategic and operational focus to teams needing to improve profitability.
In his last role before becoming an executive coach, he was a key member of the leadership team that completed the first main market listing of a legal business on the London Stock Exchange.
