Over the past decade, he has honed his expertise to support founders, leaders, and their teams, driving societal evolution. His work spans across Fintech, Big Tech, Banking, Law, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Cloud Development, and Healthcare, with a focus on Asia, Europe, and East Africa.
Laurent is passionate about collaborating with senior leaders who aspire to develop themselves and others, creating a world they wish to inhabit and contribute to. In addition to his coaching practice, Laurent serves as a coach supervisor with CSA, as well faculty member at the Co-Active Leadership Institute. Laurent, a French citizen, spent twenty years living in Shanghai and Singapore before recently relocating to Madrid. With twenty-five years of experience in facilitating transformation across Asia, and Europe, he brings a wealth of expertise to his practice. Prior to becoming a coach, Laurent held senior Commercial and Strategic roles, collaborating with visionary business leaders and entrepreneurs in rapidly scaling industries such as Entertainment, Distribution, and Shipbuilding. His diverse background equips him with a unique perspective on leadership and development in dynamic environments.
