Dr. Kirsty Reynolds
An experienced Executive Coach, facilitator and researcher, Kirsty enjoys working within high-performance cultures, using coaching as a space to generate insight, explore options and achieve clarity. Her area of interest is enabling growth through change, working pragmatically with clients at inflection points in their professional or personal lives, such as parental leave.
Kirsty places practical, actionable outcomes at the heart of her coaching, as well as a strong dose of supportive listening and reflective space. Through challenging and encouraging clients to define and own their own coaching outcomes, Kirsty helps individuals to reach greater levels of professional performance and well-being.
Kirsty’s PhD research explored how women can return to work sustainably after maternity leave in financial services. She has a broad research interest in how all diverse talent can thrive in high performance environments. She believes that changing workplace conversations – through targeted approaches to individuals, line managers and leaders – iteratively begins the work of cultural change, particularly for underrepresented groups.
Prior to becoming a coach, Kirsty worked at Citigroup, UBS and Deutsche Bank, in both London and Paris in credit sales and leveraged debt capital markets. This first-hand experience of working in demanding environments informs how Kirsty coaches. Kirsty studied languages at Oxford University and in addition spent a year at Pavia University in Italy. She is a mother of four boys and understands the demands placed on parents in high-performance cultures.
