Jennifer’s work also resources her clients to develop and make full use of their natural strengths. Drawing deeply on her roots in psychology and biology, her recent interest in neuroscience and her natural intuition, Jennifer supports clients in working through personal barriers that may surface as a lack of confidence, self-sabotage or mis-alignment with others.

Before coaching, Jennifer’s career centered around leading business and economic transformation. Jennifer has been influential in shaping the New Zealand innovation ecosystem in an Economic Development role, from which she created and grew Techweek New Zealand to the national showcase it is today. At the same time winning global start-up competitions. Before that she had a career in financial services leading business transformation projects and scaling a new business unit. Over her career she has lived and worked in the UK, USA and New Zealand.
