Jamie is an experienced executive coach, specialising in the legal sector. He is passionate about helping professionals achieve their full potential and develop the self-awareness, confidence and motivation to effect change, both for themselves and their organisations.
Jamie’s core values are based around openness, trust and honesty which build both strong support and genuine rapport but also facilitate candid disclosures and appropriate levels of challenge. His approach is interactive, practical and ‘learner-centred’.

Jamie draws on his background as a lawyer, facilitator and learning and development leader.
Jamie worked as an Employment Lawyer at a ‘Magic Circle’ law firm, then moved into teaching on the Legal Practice Course at a leading UK law school.
Jamie was Head of Learning & Development at a number of UK, US and global law firms, most recently at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton, as Director of L&D. At Cleary, Jamie developed an internal executive coaching programme for both lawyers and business services teams. He also designed and facilitated leadership development and coaching skills workshops using blended, experiential and interactive learning techniques.
