Heike Saxer-Taylor

Heike quickly builds coaching relationships based on trust, openness and authenticity, encouraging her clients to reflect and explore through the creation of a non-judgemental environment where they can be themselves. Depending on the needs and preferences of her clients she can flex her style from free-flowing and explorative to a more structured way of working. She can also draw on several different coaching approaches such as systemic coaching or Solutions Focus.

Heike typically works with senior executives but has also supported future leaders in their development. Common themes these clients bring to coaching are building executive presence, finding purpose, resilience and work/life balance, becoming better leaders and operating more strategically. Some recent areas of focus have been elevating women in leadership, exploring self-limiting beliefs, diversity and inclusion and navigating an increasingly uncertain world.

Naturally curious and direct, she draws on her experience and her intuition to bring out the best in her coachees, both as professionals and as individuals.

Heike is an APECS-accredited Master Executive Coach as well as a team coach and has worked with senior leaders and teams in a wide range of organisations. For the past 20 years she has worked as an independent leadership consultant, gaining insights into many different industries from finance through to pharmaceuticals. As a dual national she has deep knowledge of the challenges and opportunities of working internationally. She coaches in English and in German.
