Harriet is an executive coach, facilitator and programme designer. She has multi-sector experience including banking, technology, private equity, insurance, pharmaceuticals, FMCG, charities and NGOs.
Her clients view her as a trusted partner and her style is calm, thoughtful and authentic. She skilfully blends challenge and support to build a creative and transformative space that enables her clients to learn about themselves and gain broader insights in order to achieve their goals.
Many clients have worked with her to evolve their leadership, build confidence in demanding situations and discover how they can be at their authentic best, gain systemic insights or as they transition into a new organisation or significantly different role. Outcomes include greater self-awareness and personal impact, clarity on purpose and higher performance.
She is accredited at PCC level with the International Coaching Federation, has an MSc in Occupational Psychology, a BA (Hons) Philosophy and Diplomas in both Psychology and Coaching. She is an External Tutor with Henley Business School and is a graduate of the Practitioner programme with Coaching Constellations so approaches her work with a systemic stance.
Prior to working independently, Harriet was Coaching Director at GlaxoSmithKline where she worked globally across cultures and functions, using coaching in a variety of ways as a lever for business success. She has experience in working with senior leaders, group & team coaching, bespoke design, transition coaching, global programme management and coaching capability programme facilitation which includes the training of new coaches.
Earlier in her career Harriet focussed on recruiting and developing talent – first with Korn/Ferry International and then by managing GSK’s global commercial talent programme for high-potential leaders.
