A former Global HRD for a FTSE100 organisation, Fahrah also held senior client-facing roles, as an auditor and chartered accountant with one of the ‘Big Four’, working in the banking and entertainment sectors and then moving into transaction services where she advised on the integration, people and culture aspects of mergers and acquisitions. She also held senior DEI, culture and performance positions including leading on international work on purpose and values for a global professional services firm.
