Delphine is an experienced Coach and Facilitator supporting busy Executives to thrive in a changing world. She works with leaders and high potential individuals in transition – career shift, new managerial position, personal development.
Coaching is a pause for deeper reflections as well as a focused, structured and action-orientated process. Delphine’s coaching approach is holistic. She works in all areas depending on what is the developmental goal of the client and the context. She uses a variety of interventions from psychodynamic coaching, cognitive-behavioural approaches, sometimes when useful NLP approaches, mindfulness approaches, neuroscience-based approaches. She works in a non-directive manner but can consult to build a better understanding when needed.
Delphine might help her clients to let go of things that weigh them down, or acquire skills that they might be missing. And most of all, she will be on the side of the person intentions rather than habits.
Prior to becoming a professional coach, Delphine worked for a couple of start-ups and multinationals, including Continental AG and BNP Paribas. She serves on the boards of non-profit organisations in the field of learning and development such as the Association of Coaching Supervisors and Mentors (ACSM) and the Professional Women Network (The TryBe). She delivers coaching for the MBA participants at INSEAD and consults as well in the Executive Coaching team at INSEAD and Cambridge University.
Delphine holds an MBA from Paris Business School and a Bachelor in International Business Management from ESC Rouen Business School. She is a professional integral coach certified by New Venture West and accredited PCC by International Coaching Federation. Having lived oversea for 15 years, Delphine has acquired a good understanding of international and cross-cultural relationships. She speaks French and English. She is married and the mother of three children.
