Charlotte Jarrett

Charlotte is a highly experienced coach who helps talented individuals solve complex problems and achieve success. Her speciality is supporting leaders in developing their self-belief, confidence, agency and gravitas. Charlotte connects empathetically with her clients, encouraging them to enact positive and lasting change through her pragmatic and supportive style. At the core of her coaching practice is the adamant belief that everyone has far more potential than they realise, and she is truly committed to helping her clients flourish.

Charlotte champions her clients to amplify their existing strengths, and uses both humour and constructive challenge to enable her clients to break free of negative assumptions and behavioural patterns that may be limiting their growth. Charlotte’s clients describe her as candid, perceptive, warm and empowering, with a structured approach and strong emphasis on action.

Prior to coaching, Charlotte enjoyed a successful career working in a client-facing capacity for one of the ‘Big 4’ and a Tier 1 Management Consultancy. This means she personally understands, and never underestimates, the pressures and complexities of demanding professions. Charlotte is also a Presiding Justice in the UK Criminal and Family Courts and has been a Magistrate for nearly 2 decades. She leverages this experience to assist her clients in developing their critical thinking and decision-making skills.
