Charlotte Gibson
Charlotte coaches leaders looking for reflection time and support to adapt to changes that may influence their career. She specialises in transition coaching and works with women returning to work after parental leave – recognising that this is one of the biggest life changes that someone may face.
Charlotte enables leaders to explore their current challenges, often at key points of transition, and supports them to decide upon next steps and how these might impact their role, purpose and identity.
Charlotte combines the rigour from her financial services background with the safe, non-judgement thinking space of an executive coach. Her clients appreciate Charlotte’s ability to create a warm, supportive coaching environment but always with action-focused outcomes.
After experiencing coaching with Charlotte, clients report they have raised their awareness, shifted their mindsets and feel more confident in taking their next steps.
Charlotte qualified as an Actuary at one of the 'Big Four' accountancy firms and has worked for 20 years in pensions and retirement planning, leading large scale implementation projects. She is now in a Client Relationship role at Natwest Cushon where she currently works four days a week. She is a mum to two daughters and is very aware of the mindset and focus needed to bring the right energy between home and work.
