Catherine draws on a wide variety of methods and styles to provide each client with a bespoke, fit-for-purpose coaching experience. Her first-hand understanding of complex, fast-paced business environments helps her realistically challenge her clients. Past clients have noted with appreciation her strategic and commercial way of thinking, which she brings to the coaching work in a stretching, yet supportive, manner.
Alongside her sharp business focus, Catherine’s warm, hopeful demeanour and sincere belief in people’s unlimited potential ensure that her clients also have the space to dream big in their work together. She is direct but empathetic, willing to be vulnerable, and very interested in the whole person she is coaching.
Catherine invites her clients to reflect deeply on themselves, and she is curious to lean into intuitive thinking to see what ideas emerge. She is unafraid to explore her clients’ values and motivations to help them lead more intentionally and authentically.
Prior to dedicating herself to coaching, Catherine spent over 20 years in banking and management consulting. In Citigroup’s proprietary M&A team in New York, she executed transformational acquisitions for the Group’s Board. During her time in management consulting, Catherine advised leading financial institutions on strategy, regulatory matters, and customer experience. In addition to her client-facing activity, she also enjoyed managing professionals as the people leader of a 100-person consulting practice in London. Catherine relocated to Singapore in 2018 to launch an in-house coaching practice for one of the 'Big Four' partnerships in SE Asia, and she is still based in Singapore.
Catherine holds an MBA in International Management from Columbia University and a BA in International Studies from Vassar College. She is the mother of two boys and one girl.
