Bryan works with individuals and teams to shift their perspective and mindset, which leads to attitude and behaviour change. This is achieved through using evidence, feedback, reflection, dialogue, and agitation to drive insight and action. His typical clients are in highly visible positions with responsibility for strategy, culture, and performance.
Recognising that being a leader is different from demonstrating leadership, Bryan aims to support individuals in understanding the intent of their behaviour and the impact this behaviour has on others to improve collective-performance. He is described as calm, thought provoking, personable, and challenging.
With 25 plus years of experience as a coach Bryan has worked and consulted in private, public, and not-for-profit organisations specialising in leadership development and coaching. Before moving to a freelance coach Bryan was an internal partner to the Audit, Legal, Risk, and Finance teams in a large financial services company, supporting and advising senior leaders and their co-teams.
He holds an MBA from Oxford and an MSc. in coaching, and is trained in using a range of psychometric tools for assessment and development.
