Boaz worked for over 20 years within a 'Big Four' professional services firm, coming to coaching after a career as a Chartered Accountant.
As a 'Big Four' internal coach, his primary coaching focus was on supporting professional services Partners to succeed professionally and thrive personally. Boaz’s independent practice sees him continue this focus whilst expanding to work with leaders from other industries, based around the globe.
